Hello, my name is Darrell Holdcroft, owner of HouseCo Home Inspection Services. When you hire me, you will see that I have a strong passion for the home inspection business.
Some of my fondest and earliest memories are of working with my dad on his carpentry and building projects.
I have always been interested in historical homes, new building techniques, and doing things right!
In the late eighties, I worked for a home builder and became knowledgeable about residential construction. I enjoyed the business so much that I joined the Army and enlisted in an engineering battalion as a technical drafting specialist.
This enhanced my learning of basic structural and building techniques.
After serving in the Army, I went into the commercial construction industry.
I was your Culligan man. My division installed advanced commercial water treatment systems in major grocery chains. This helped hone my skills in the plumbing and electrical trades.
Throughout my career, the importance of good and safe building practices was instilled in me.
